This Ninja Creami Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe is one of my favorites so far.

Lately, I have been craving a classic vanilla ice cream, and this Ninja Creami Vanilla Bean Ice Cream is so good! I wanted to make some more traditional ice cream recipes in my Ninja Creami because all I have been seeing online are ones that use xantham gum and pudding mix. This one uses 5 ingredients, that you probably already have in your pantry.

One of the key ingredients in this ice cream is Vanilla Bean Paste. It is what makes this ice cream magic in my opinion. So if you can, I would get yourself some or get a very good vanilla extract.

While I want to continue experimenting with Ninja Creami ice cream recipes, I can't stop making this delicious ice cream. It will for sure be a staple in my kitchen.

Ninja Creami Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Ingredients

Tips

What to with any leftover ice cream: If you don't eat all of the ice cream, you can store it in your Ninja Creami container in the freezer. When you are ready to use it, just place it in the Ninja Creami machine and process it on the ice cream function.

Make it vegan. If you wanted to make it a dairy free ice cream, you will need to replace the cream cheese, whole milk and cream. There are many vegan cream cheeses out there that would be a great substitute. For the milk, I like either coconut milk or almond milk. To get the creamy texture of dairy ice cream, replace the cream with unsweetened coconut cream.

To get the rich vanilla flavor: I really recommend vanilla bean paste. You can either make your own, or buy it. I love Native Vanilla brand vanilla bean paste the best, and it adds really nice vanilla bean flecks in your ice cream. But you can also replace the paste with vanilla extract.

Add in your favorite mix ins. This recipe makes a good ice cream base, but feel free to mix in your favorite ice cream flavors. I personally love chocolate chips, fresh fruit or crushed oreos.
