Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup half and half
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla bean paste

Instructions

  • In a medium microwave safe bowl, microwave the cream cheese for 10 seconds. Mix in the sugar until it forms a paste.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the milk and half and half.
  • Adding 1 Tbsp at a time, mix the cream mixture into the cream cheese paste until the sugar is dissolved. Mix in the vanilla bean paste.
  • Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  • Place the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami and set to Ice Cream. If the texture is still powdery, set to Re-Spin.
