Hummus

Easy Hummus recipe. Made with only 8 ingredients, this makes a great healthy appetizer or snack idea. Serve it with vegetables or pita.

Hummus

Okay, so I have already made a Jalapeno Hummus. But how about one without any frills and whistles?

This recipe hits the spot. With very minimal ingredients. And most importantly, without the use of an oven.

Because there is no way I am turning on my oven these days in this heat!

Hummus

I typically make this hummus when I want a quick and easy snack, or have some vegetables in the fridge that need using.

Whenever I make a batch, me and John finish it in one sitting, it is that good! But if you end up having leftovers, it keeps very well in the fridge.

Hummus

Plus it is seriously so easy. All you need is:

  • can of chickpeas
  • tahini
  • garlic
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

That's it!!

Hummus

So if you are looking for a fast and simple recipe to make that doesn't require turning on your oven, this is the one for you!

Just make sure that, if you are making it for more than two people, you make a double batch. This dip goes fast!!
