Healthy Banana Milkshake

When I buy bananas, I go all out. I can probably feed a couple of zoos and still have some to spare with all the bananas I have bought.

This is one of the reasons I don't buy bananas during the summer. They would be ripe before I could even get them home.

So I'm always on the lookout for some good banana recipes. This time, I decided to cut them up and freeze them. I know, why haven't I thought of doing this before? I think I found my solution to the my weird compulsion to buy too many bananas, and besides, it makes a killer milkshake.

What you'll need:

-1 banana, frozen and cut into coins
-150g Sunrise Lychee Tofu Dessert
-⅓ cup milk
-½ teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

1.   Combine all ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth.
