When I buy bananas, I go all out. I can probably feed a couple of zoos and still have some to spare with all the bananas I have bought.
This is one of the reasons I don’t buy bananas during the summer. They would be ripe before I could even get them home.
So I’m always on the lookout for some good banana recipes. This time, I decided to cut them up and freeze them. I know, why haven’t I thought of doing this before? I think I found my solution to the my weird compulsion to buy too many bananas, and besides, it makes a killer milkshake.
What you’ll need:
-1 banana, frozen and cut into coins
-150g Sunrise Lychee Tofu Dessert
-1/3 cup milk
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth.

I buy loads of bananas too! I used to make a smoothie with yougurt, bananas and frozen berries. My God, they were good!
Surprised to lychee tofu in the milk shake but taht should make it creamier and more delicious.
This is a great way to use up bananas and you've got some good protein going on too with the tofu, yum!
Sounds great! I'm not familiar with that lychee tofu dessert – sounds interesting. Good stuff – tahnks.
