Apparently I love to grill them cheeses.
See the thing is, I’m studying right now. It’s exam period, it’s awful, it’s coffee all the time (actually, I was good and haven’t had coffee in a long time!) And so, and so.. I can’t make anything too elaborate. I always need something quick and easy that I can make and walk out the door with.
So whenever I think of “quick and easy” I go straight to my panini grill. Because I love it so.
Of course, since it’s breakfast, I had to add some eggs (actually, I add eggs to every meal of the day. I don’t discriminate!) But when these exams are over… My breakfasts will have three, four courses! So elaborate, you won’t even know what to do with them.
Haha, I wish. That won’t last long. But till then, it’s back to the books….
What you’ll need:
-1 tablespoon oil
-2 eggs
-1 teaspoon zesty seasoning salt
-6 slices Cheddar cheese
-2 slices ham
-2 slices bread
Directions:
1. Heat the oil on a skillet on medium heat.
2. Whisk the eggs in a small bowl, adding the seasoning salt.
3. Pour the eggs on the skillet and flip after 3-4 minutes
4. Place the eggs, cheese and ham on bread and put on the panini grill. Enjoy!
