Cranberry Lime Smoothie

Wow, it seems like I have no time for anything! I thought I could handle it. School full time plus tutoring 4 people plus running two first year calculus workshops plus working another job... But now I can plainly see that I need to give something up..

Making food? I think I may have given that up last week. Which is sad, cooking baking always relaxes me. Now I have so much to do that sometimes I go without lunch because I think that it's a waste of time, because I am not being productive in my studies. Looking back at those days, it seems like going without food is more detrimental to my studies: I mean, everyone thinks better when they've had something to eat. I guess I wasn't thinking so clearly because I haven't eaten.

In any case, yesterday I just gave in my two week notice for my part time job (at Safeway). It's always sad quitting, it feels like I've given up, but what I've really done was come to terms with my limitations. I swear, I'm up all night and wake up super early that the bags under my eyes are almost touching the floor. If I stay at Safeway for much longer, the service clerk will ask me if I'd like carryout service for those bags under my eyes.

So in two weeks I'll have time to make more food! But in the meanwhile, I have just made a simple, yet totally delicious smoothie.

Makes 1 drink
Ingredients:

- 1 cup cranberries, frozen
-½ cup plain yogurt
-1 teaspoon lime juice
-¼ cup cranberry juice

Directions:

   1.   Combine all ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth.
