It's Christmas freaking Eve people! Are you as ready as I am?

By ready, I really mean I have done the shopping (for the most part) but I have not yet wrapped anything. I'm talking not a single thing I bought is wrapped. That's what I get for spending all the time I have at home baking cookies.

So I'm taking a break from the cookies, and am making something that I think every Christmas dinner should have: cheese biscuits. These babies are hard pressed to make it through one day. Trust me, I have first-hand experience.

I have literally made these 3 times this week, and I still can't get enough of them. I think I'll need to triple the recipe when I make them on the big day. But even if there isn't enough, these biscuits are done from start to finish in around 20 minutes, so I could be constantly making more without anyone noticing.
