Chipotle Chili

Craving all of the comfort foods today.

And for me, that means chili. So this Chipotle Chili did not disappoint.

Chipotle Chili

Growing up, my dad used to make the BEST chili. We would request that he make it at LEAST once a month, and even still we couldn't get enough.

And now that I live with my husband, it is now him that requests that I make chili at least once a month. I guess making good chili is genetic or something, because John says it is one of his favourite things that I make. Specifically, my Instant Pot Chili. That one is his all time favourite. But he says that this one is pretty close.
