Fresh Mango Bubble Tea

Easy Fresh Mango Bubble Tea recipe. Made with only 4 ingredients, making this drink homemade is so much cheaper than take out.

This is one of my favourite times of year, food-wise.

Why? Well, I just bought a huge crate of mangoes for $3. 

That's right. It's mango season babyyyy.

Obviously with my obsession with bubble tea, this Fresh Mango Bubble Tea is one of the first things I make.

It's seriously so easy to make, there is no excuse not to make it. All you need is:

• mangoes
• ice
• milk
• cooked tapioca pearls

That's it!!

I've been on a huge mango kick lately. Making my Mango Blue Smoothie Bowl and my Mango Green Smoothie on repeat these days. And I'm thinking of making this Mango Lassi soon too.

But ever since I started making my own Instant Pot Tapioca Pearls, I have been wanting to make bubble tea ALL. THE. TIME.

So, of course, the mangoes go in the bubble tea concoctions as well.

I used to work at a bubble tea shop when I was a teenager, and one of my favourite bubble teas was the fresh fruit mangoes.

Ingredients

• ▢ 1 fresh mango, pitted
• ▢ 5 ice cubes
• ▢ ½ cup milk
• ▢ ¼ cup cooked pearls

Instructions

• Puree all of the ingredients except the pearls in a blender until smooth.
• Add the pearls in a mason jar or tall glass. Pour the mango drink on top and enjoy!
