Sheet Pan Pork Chop and Vegetables

Easy Sheet Pan Pork Chop and Vegetables for 2. This recipe is a great weeknight meal idea for easy clean up. Ready in under 45 minutes.

Sheet Pan Pork Chop and Vegetables

Sheet pan meals are by far my favourite thing to make on busy nights.

All you have to do is put everything onto your sheet pan, put it in the oven and you are done! No standing over a hot stove. No running back and forth between two or three pans to get your dinner ready. You have it all in one convenient location. Which means less cleanup too!

And if you know me at all, you know that I am the worst at cleanup.

Sheet Pan Pork Chop and Vegetables

In my college student days, I used to buy pork chops all the time.

Mainly because it was a cheap way to get meat. But also because it is surprisingly good, if you know how to cook it.

And let me tell you, this is one of my favourite ways to cook it.

Plus it is so easy too! All you need is:

  • pork chops
  • sweet potatoes
  • carrots
  • onion
  • salt & pepper
  • garlic powder
  • cayenne pepper
  • olive oil

That's it!

Sheet Pan Pork Chop and Vegetables

I'm actually surprised that I only have one pork chop recipe on my blog: my Baked Breaded Pork Chops.

While, yes that recipe is so good, it does take quite a bit of effort to make. You need to make the breading. Then you need to coat the pork chops. Then...

Okay, so maybe it's not THAT much effort. But when I want to spend as little time as possible in the kitchen, you know I will be making this sheet pan meal!
