Vegan Matcha White Chocolate Chip Cookies for a last minute St Patrick’s Day treat 💚

Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup granulated sugar
3 Tbsp @soarorganics matcha powder
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup oil
2/3 cup vegan white chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350℉. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, matcha powder and salt.

Make a well in the centre of the flour mixture and add in the maple syrup, vanilla extract and oil. Mix the wet ingredients in until fully incorporated.

Mix in the white chocolate chips.

Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop the cookie dough onto the prepared cookie sheets. Bake in the preheated oven for 11 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on cookie sheets.

My husband says these Nutella Stuffed Oreo Cups are too sweet. I say, there is no such thing.

Try them for yourself 👇👇

▪️1 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
▪️1 Tbsp coconut oil
▪️9 Oreos, crushed
▪️9 tsp Nutella, divided

1. Line a muffin pan with 6 silicone liners. Set aside.
2. In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
3. Scoop around 1 Tablespoon of the melted white chocolate in each of the prepared muffin cups. Using the back of a spoon, drag some of the white chocolate up the sides.
4. Add around 1 tsp of crushed Oreos on top. Top the crushed Oreos with around 1.5 teaspoons of Nutella.
5. Divide the remaining white chocolate on top of each cup and spread to coat. Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos on top and place in the fridge until the chocolate has set.

▪️1 large egg
▪️1 tsp vanilla extract
▪️1/2 tsp salt
▪️1 tsp baking powder
▪️1/4 tsp baking soda
▪️1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
▪️1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
▪️1/2 cup chocolate chips
▪️1 cup corn flakes, lightly crushed

1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugars. Add in the egg and vanilla and mix until fully incorporated.
3. Add in the salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour and mix until just combined. Fold in the coconut, chocolate chips and corn flakes.
4. Drop small spoonfuls on a baking sheet, and bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.

One of my favorite Ninja Creami ice cream recipes ever. This NINJA CREAMI BISCOFF ICE CREAM 🍨

Recipe below, or save for later ❤️

▪️1 cup milk
▪️2 Tbsp instant vanilla pudding mix
▪️1/2 cup Biscoff spread, melted
▪️1/2 cup half and half

1. In the Ninja Creami pint, mix together the milk and instant pudding mix until combined.
2. Pour in the melted Biscoff spread and mix until fully incorporated. Add in the half and half, and mix well.
3. Cover and freeze for at least 24 hours.
4. Place the frozen pint container into the Ninja Creami and set to Ice Cream. If it is still powdery, add a splash of milk, then set to Re-spin.

The easy dessert you never knew you needed. Plus you can make so many different variations!

▪️16 Oreos
▪️16 oz cream cheese, softened
▪️1/2 cup granulated sugar
▪️2 large eggs

1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Line muffin pans with paper liners.
2. Place an Oreo in each of the paper liners.
3. Cream together the cream cheese and the sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and mix well.
4. Spoon the batter onto each cookie, and bake for around 15 minutes, or until the center is almost set
5. Allow to cool and, then store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Easy pecan pie, just in time for thanksgiving 🥧

▪️1 cup brown sugar
▪️1/2 cup granulated sugar
▪️1/2 cup salted butter, melted
▪️2 large eggs
▪️1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
▪️1 Tbsp milk
▪️1 tsp vanilla
▪️1 cup pecan halves
▪️1 (9 inch) unbaked, frozen pie crust

1. Preheat the oven to 375˚F.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the sugars and butter until fully combined. Mix in the eggs one at a time.
3. Mix in the flour, milk and vanilla. Fold in the pecans until fully covered with the mixture.
4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting into slices.

▪️1/2 cup salted butter, softened
▪️1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
▪️1/4 cup granulated sugar
▪️1 large egg
▪️1 tsp vanilla
▪️3/4 cup all-purpose flour
▪️1/2 tsp baking soda
▪️3/4 cup rolled oats
▪️1/2 cup quick oats
▪️2/3 cup chocolate chips
▪️1/2 cup butterscotch chips

1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Line an 8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.In
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
3. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda and oats.
4. Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
5. Spread the batter onto the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the center doesn’t jiggle when you shake the pan.
6. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares.

What you need for this French toast:

▪️2/3 cup milk
▪️2 eggs
▪️2 tsp vanilla extract
▪️1/4 tsp cinnamon
▪️pinch of salt
▪️ @silverhillsbakery bread

Mix together all the ingredients (except the bread) in a shallow bowl. Dip bread fully in the mixture and cook on medium in a skillet, flipping after 3-4 minutes, or until golden.

▪️1 medium apple, sliced
▪️1 Tbsp flour
▪️2 Tbsp brown sugar
▪️1 Tbsp butter
▪️2 Tbsp old fashioned oats
▪️1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350F. Place apple slices in ramekin. Mix flour, brown sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Cut in the butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Mix in oats. Bake in oven for 35-40 mins.
