Easy Cheeseburger Meatloaf recipe. Topped with Kraft cheese and all your favourite burger condiments, it makes a great dinner idea.
When you don’t have a grill but still want a cheeseburger, you make Cheeseburger Meatloaf.
Who else is obsessed with meatloaf?? I think a lot of people are because, even though I only have one meatloaf recipe on my site, that Brown Sugar Meatloaf is one of my most popular recipes on the blog.
So now here’s another. Now I have two for you to choose from!
Honestly, I didn’t see why I needed another. I felt like I perfected meatloaf on the first try, and I didn’t need anything other than that one recipe. It’s a favourite in my house, and I make it all of the time.
But now that we are moving soon, I need to use up a lot of ingredients in our fridge. And it seems like I accumulated a lot of American cheese and ketchup over the last couple of months. Let’s put them to good use.
This meatloaf uses a lot of your pantry essentials so you don’t need to go out and buy anything. All you need is:
- ground beef
- onion
- egg
- breadcrumbs
- salt & pepper
- ketchup
- mustard
- Worcestershire sauce
- cheddar cheese
- American cheese
That’s it!
So whether you are craving hamburgers but don’t have the energy (or grill) to make it, or if you are hankering for a meatloaf recipe with a twist, this recipe is for you!

Your meatloaf version was a bit hit at our house on Thursday night. They loved the idea of a huge cheeseburger and to go along with it I made some homemade rolls. So, they had their bread on the side plus some dill pickles. I’ll definitely be making this again.
