Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Easy Cheeseburger Meatloaf recipe. Topped with Kraft cheese and all your favourite burger condiments, it makes a great dinner idea.

Ingredients

Meatloaf

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Topping

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 3 slices American cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the meatloaf ingredients until fully combined.
  • Shape the meatloaf into a 6 inch long loaf on a baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the topping ingredients (except the cheese). Spread over the meatloaf and top with American cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
