Easy 2 Ingredient Chocolate Truffles recipe. Made with only condensed milk and cocoa powder, this simple dessert idea is healthier than most.
Okay, so I know that Thanksgiving is just around the corner, but all I am thinking about is Christmas treats, or desserts to make for the holidays.
Deserts to give as gifts. Or to just eat yourself. These ones are a no stress, super simple last minute treat to make over the holidays.
These 2 Ingredient Chocolate Truffles are so simple, you probably already have all of the ingredients in your pantry.
All you need is:
- sweetened condensed milk
- unsweetened cocoa powder.
Yeah. THAT’S IT!
Typically, when I am making edible Christmas gifts I will make either my Christmas Chocolate Pretzel Bites or Homemade Caramels. But after making these truffles, I think these are going to be on my regular rotation too.
They are super rich, but without being very sweet. I love eating them with a large cup of coffee or tea.
Just a note: while you are making them, you may find that the mixture is very sticky. That is normal! A cookie scoop is your best friend when it comes to these truffles.
Scoop them into some cocoa powder, then roll them around so that the outsides are no longer sticky.
Would you like to receive these truffles for the holidays? What are some of your favourite treats to make during the winter months?

just some random kid
It tasted good!
For anyone wondering how it’s like –
-It gets stuck between your teeth very easily
-Taste like dark choclate
-Dont dust them in too much cocoa powder because then it can taste bitter
-Perfect for kids
-So important to refrigerate it, tastes way better
-Dust your hands with cocoa butter then kinda toss it around your hands if there is too much coca powder
-If your hands are not dusted or too warm, it can get really messy
