Every since I made the baked potato pizza last week, I have vowed never to order a pizza ever again.
And true to my word, I have made another pizza instead of ordering in.
Enter this Caesar Chicken pizza.
Since I didn’t have any canned tomato sauce, and I obviously didn’t want to leave the house because then I would need to change out of my pajama pants (the horror), I decided to try to work with what I had lying around my kitchen.
And since I have a lot of Caesar salad dressing in my fridge at all times, I tried using this as the sauce for this pizza. And it was the perfect plan. It’s like a Chicken Caesar salad, but on a pizza. What more could you ask for?

Caesar Chicken Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 recipe pizza dough (homemade or store bought)
- 2 large boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup creamy Caesar salad dressing
- 2 cups white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, cubed
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken on the skillet for 3-4 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
- Preheat the oven to 425˚F. If using an unglazed tile, put it in the oven while preheating.
- Shape the dough into the desired pizza shape. Spread Caesar dressing over the dough, then sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese. Place the tomatoes and the chicken on top, then sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
- Place the pizza on the already hot tile (or place pizza on a lightly sprayed baking sheet) and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and crust is brown.
The best part of making your own pizza is that you can be crazy inventive with the toppings. This looks wonderful!
OMG looks so appetizing! Great combo of flavours.
Two of my favorite foods, pizza and caesar salad. Brilliant.
