Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken on the skillet for 3-4 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
Preheat the oven to 425˚F. If using an unglazed tile, put it in the oven while preheating.
Shape the dough into the desired pizza shape. Spread Caesar dressing over the dough, then sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese. Place the tomatoes and the chicken on top, then sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
Place the pizza on the already hot tile (or place pizza on a lightly sprayed baking sheet) and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and crust is brown.
