Generic Tuna Salad Sandwich

I'm never in a kitchen around lunch. I'm always on the go, and I'm always having to buy something for lunch.  This has proved to be a little bit pricey, and hey, I'm writing a food blog! It's shameful NOT to be making something (not really, sometimes I am sometimes have an extreme need for a burger or fries. Can't get around it, they are just so tasty)

Not exactly a burger and fries, but definitely healthier.  You can't go wrong with tuna. Unless the smell turns you off. But, strangely enough, I added onions to the mix (because we are now only missing some garlic to make certain no one will to talk to you) and it somehow...masked any strong smell? I'm not sure what it is, but this is the least smelly tuna salad I have ever made.

What you'll need:

-1 170g can of tuna, drained
-1/4-1/3 cup mayonnaise
-1 stalk of celery
-1 small onion
-1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
-salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

    1.   Chop the onion and the stalk of celery into little cubes.
    2.   In a medium bowl, mix together the tuna and mayonnaise until fully combined.  Add the onions, celery and lemon juice.  Add the salt and pepper to your liking and enjoy!
