Ingredients

  • 1 (170g) can tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 slices bread

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the tuna and mayonnaise until fully combined.  Add the onions, celery and lemon juice.  Add the salt and pepper to your liking. Divide the tuna salad between 2 slices of bread and enjoy.

Notes

This recipe uses quite a lot of mayonnaise. Start with a little bit of the mayonnaise and increase based on your liking.
