Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

I love making simple food. Especially 3 ingredient food, such as my Vanilla Bean Ice Cream or my ice cream cake doughnut. Or my two ingredient Greek yogurt frosting. Easy should be my middle name...that is only if people won't interpret it wrong.

So this morning when I woke up, I wanted something quick and easy to just drink and go. So I made this smoothie.

I love putting frozen bananas in my smoothies, because it makes the smoothie all frosty and slushy.. It's as if you put ice cream in your drink without all the extra calories and fat. This is why I always have a couple of bags of bananas cut into coins in my freezer.

I will definitely remember this drink the next time I am in a hurry to make breakfast. In other words, probably every day during this upcoming school year.

What you'll need:

-1 banana, frozen and cut into coins
-1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
-1 1/4 cups milk

Directions:

   1.   Combine all ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth.

  14. I recalled traveling back to Malaysia during winter last year and returning after a 2 months break to the US. The first thing I craved or missed tremendously was PB banana smoothie and that's what I got from the smoothie bar once we landed :D
