To all the fathers out there, Happy Fathers Day. I hope Sunday brunch happened, and you are all full to the brim with hash browns and omelettes. I know that I am.
Which means that even though I want to make a cake as well, I don't want to make one so big that it feels like we need to finish it all. And plus, my dad will only eat a little bit of said cake, so I would be forced (but oh so willing) to eat the whole thing. What's a girl to do?
Indulge in my new obsession of course! After the peanut butter mug cake that I made two weeks ago, I have caught the mug cake bug, and have been making them far too often. I should put a warning label on these posts.
This cake was so moist, and not as spongy as your average mug cake recipe. And as an added bonus, it can be made when you run out of eggs. Which somehow happens too often around here.
