Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Line a 9 inch square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Mix in the vanilla. Add in the eggs one at at time, scraping the bowl after each addition.
Mix in the flour and salt until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
Bake the blondies in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden. The middle should have a slight wobble. Do not over-bake!
Allow the blondies to cool completely.
Slice into squares and store in an airtight container.
