Strawberry Mug Cake
Easy Strawberry Mug Cake for one. Ready in under 5 minutes, and made in the microwave for days you want a quick no bake dessert recipe.

Ingredients
- 5 ½ tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoon granulated sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoon milk
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 2 medium strawberries, cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients except for the strawberries into a microwave safe mug until mixture is smooth.
- Carefully fold in the strawberries.
- Microwave for 1 ½ minutes and see if it’s done. If not, microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
