Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 4 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 Tbsp milk
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 2 medium strawberries, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients except for the strawberries into a microwave safe mug until mixture is smooth.
  • Carefully fold in the strawberries.
  • Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes and see if it’s done. If not, microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
