Rosebud Peanut Butter Cookies
Easy Rosebud Peanut Butter Cookies made with only 6 ingredients and ready in under 15 minutes. This is a great last minute dessert recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- ⅔ cup brown sugar
- ⅔ cup icing sugar
- ⅔ cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups peanut butter
- rosebud chocolates (Best if you freeze them)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F
- Cream together the eggs, sugars and peanut butter.
- Shape the dough into 1 inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Remove cookies from the oven. Press the frozen rosebud chocolates onto the warm cookies, and transfer to wire racks to cool.
