Preheat the oven to 200℉.
Place the pretzels on a baking sheet. Place one Candy Cane Kiss on each pretzel.
Bake in the preheated oven for 5-10 minutes, or until the chocolate kisses become shiny and soft. Do not bake too long, otherwise the chocolate will lose its shape!
Remove from the oven, then quickly press an M&M gently in the center of each kiss.
Allow to cool at room temperature. Once cooled, transfer to an airtight container.
