Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 4 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp milk
  • 3 Tbsp oil

Instructions

  • In a large coffee mug, whisk together all the ingredients until smooth.
  • Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, and remove to see if it is done. If not, continue to microwave in thirty second intervals.
