- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp strawberry jam
- 2 tsp peanuts
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a small blender, add the oats, baking powder, chia seeds, banana and milk. Pulse until smooth.
Pour most of the batter into a ramekin, reserving around 2-3 Tbsp of batter. Scoop the peanut butter and jam into the centre of the ramekin, then top with the reserved batter. Sprinkle with peanuts.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
