Peanut Butter and Jelly Blended Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp strawberry jam
  • 2 tsp peanuts

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • In a small blender, add the oats, baking powder, chia seeds, banana and milk. Pulse until smooth.
  • Pour most of the batter into a ramekin, reserving around 2-3 Tbsp of batter. Scoop the peanut butter and jam into the centre of the ramekin, then top with the reserved batter. Sprinkle with peanuts.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
