Ingredients

  • 0.65 oz cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup half and half
  • 3 Tbsp matcha powder

Instructions

  • In a medium microwave safe bowl, microwave the cream cheese for 15 seconds. Mix in the sugar until it forms a paste.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the milk and half and half.
  • Slowly mix the milk mixture (1 Tablespoon at a time) into the sugar mixture until the sugar has dissolved. Mix in the matcha powder until smooth.
  • Pour into the Ninja Creami pint. Cover and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  • Place the frozen pint in the Ninja Creami and set to Ice Cream. If it is powdery, set to Re-Spin.
  • Scoop and enjoy!
