- 0.65 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 3 Tbsp matcha powder
In a medium microwave safe bowl, microwave the cream cheese for 15 seconds. Mix in the sugar until it forms a paste.
In a small bowl, mix together the milk and half and half.
Slowly mix the milk mixture (1 Tablespoon at a time) into the sugar mixture until the sugar has dissolved. Mix in the matcha powder until smooth.
Pour into the Ninja Creami pint. Cover and freeze for at least 24 hours.
Place the frozen pint in the Ninja Creami and set to Ice Cream. If it is powdery, set to Re-Spin.
