Instructions
In a medium microwave safe bowl, microwave the cream cheese for 10 seconds. Mix in the cocoa powder.
Add in the sugar and mix until it forms a paste.
In a separate bowl, mix together the milk and heavy cream.
Slowly (1 Tablespoon at a time) mix the cream mixture into the sugar mixture until the sugar has dissolved.
Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint and freeze for at least 24 hours.
Place the frozen pint in the Ninja Creami machine and set to Ice Cream. If it is still powdery, set to Re-Spin.
