- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2.5 oz chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350℉. Lightly spray an 8 inch square baking pan and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder.
In a large bowl, beat together the eggs and mayonnaise until smooth. Mix in the vanilla and sugar until fully combined.
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth. Stir into the mayonnaise mixture.
Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are firm and the top is dry. Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
