maple syrup

cooked black tapioca pearls

ice

Instructions
In a cocktail shaker (or a mason jar), add the water, matcha and maple syrup. Cover and shake until combined. Set aside.
In a tall glass, pour in the cooked tapioca pearls. Top with the ice and milk.
Pour in the matcha mixture.
