Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup cooked black tapioca pearls
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2/3 cup milk

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker (or a mason jar), add the water, matcha and maple syrup. Cover and shake until combined. Set aside.
  • In a tall glass, pour in the cooked tapioca pearls. Top with the ice and milk.
  • Pour in the matcha mixture.
