Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 12 oz broccoli, chopped

Instructions

  • Cook the ground beef over medium heat in a large skillet.
  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, vinegar, sesame oil and hot sauce.
  • Add the broccoli and soy sauce mixture to the ground beef and reduce heat. Allow to simmer for around 5-7 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.
  • Serve over rice and enjoy!
