This Honey Graham Cracker Chocolate Chip Ice Cream recipe is one of my favourite dessert ideas. So easy to make, this recipe uses your ice cream maker.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, heat the sugar, honey, graham crackers, salt and 1 cup whipping cream. Cook until sugar has melted.
Stir in the milk, vanilla and remaining ½ cup of whipping cream. Cover, and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker, and process according to manufacturer’s instructions, adding the chocolate chips when the ice cream has thickened.
When the ice cream is done, pour into an airtight container, and freeze until ready to serve.
