Ingredients

cup
rolled oats

teaspoon
baking powder
½
medium
banana
1
teaspoon
chia seeds
½
cup
oat milk
10
blueberries
Glaze
lemon zest

tablespoon
powdered sugar
1
teaspoon
lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400˚F.
In a small blender, add in the oats, baking powder, banana, chia seeds and milk. Pulse until smooth.
Pour the batter into a ramekin. Top with the blueberries.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the glaze ingredients until smooth.
Once the oats are done, pour the glaze over top. Allow to cool slightly and enjoy!
Notes
Best served immediately.
Try switching out the blueberries for other berries.
