Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the sugars and butter until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, oats and sprinkles. Slowly mix the flour mixture to the sugar mixture until fully incorporated.
Spread the mixture evenly over the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
