Preheat the oven to 300℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the oats, sugar, cashews, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
In a small microwave safe bowl, microwave the coconut oil for 30 seconds, or until melted. Mix in the maple syrup and the cake batter flavor.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until the oat mixture is completely coated. Mix in the sprinkles.
Pour the mixture on top of the prepared baking sheet, and spread it into one even layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until slightly brown.
Allow to cool completely, then break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
