Easy Pie Crust (No Rolling Pin Required!)
Flaky easy pie crust, ready for the oven in 10 minutes, with no rolling pin required! Can be used in place of a storeboght pie crust.

- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour and the salt.
Add in the water and oil, and mix until fully combined. Form into a ball.
Grease your pie pan, and place the ball of dough on top. Punch down the ball, and spread the dough to cover the pie pan (I used a quiche pan), pressing the dough up around the sides of the pan.
Use to bake anywhere you need an unbaked crust!
