Ingredients

leftover cooked turkey meat
shredded

(10 oz) cans
red enchilada sauce
divided

flour tortillas

cups
shredded Mexican-blend cheese
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the leftover turkey and 1 can of enchilada sauce.
Divide the mixture into the flour tortillas. Roll the tortillas tightly and place the seam side down in a large baking dish.
Top with the last can of enchilada sauce and shredded cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Serve and top with desired toppings.
