avocados,
peeled, pitted and mashed

medium
lime,
juiced

tsp
salt
1
small
onion,
diced
3
Tbsp
fresh cilantro,
chopped
2
cloves
garlic,
minced
1/4
tsp
cayenne pepper
1/2
tsp
ground cumin
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mash together the avocado, lime juice and salt. Mix in the onions, cilantro and garlic.
Mix in the cayenne pepper and cumin. Refrigerate for around 1 hour before serving to allow the flavours to blend a little more. Enjoy!
Notes
You can use lime juice, but fresh limes make a world of difference.
Make sure you are using avocados that are ripe. They should feel lightly soft, but not mushy to the touch.
