Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉. Lightly spray a 9x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the oats, eggs, chocolate milk, applesauce, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt until fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool for around 10 minutes before serving.
