- 2 1/2 cups quick oats
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate milk
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350℉. Lightly spray a 9x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the oats, eggs, chocolate milk, applesauce, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt until fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool for around 10 minutes before serving.
