In a large saucepan, melt the coconut oil on medium heat. Place one kernel in the middle of the the pot and wait until it has popped.
Once the kernel has popped, remove the saucepan from the heat and pour in the remaining kernels. Shake the saucepan around for 30 seconds, then return to heat.
Continue to shake the saucepan while on the stove while the kernels start to pop. Only remove from the heat once the kernels stop popping. Be careful not to let them burn! Sprinkle with the Himalaya salt.
