Preheat the oven to 325℉. Line a 9 inch pie plate with the unbaked refrigerated pie crust, crimping the edges. Set aside.
Add the eggs to a medium bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat the eggs until they are light and foamy.
Mix in the flour, granulated sugar and brown sugar until fully combined. Mix in the softened butter until fully incorporated.
Stir in the chocolate chips until combined.
Pour the batter onto the prepared pie plate and bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the edges of the pie come out clean. Allow to cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes.
