Preheat the oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, then top with a single layer of saltine crackers. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat and bring to a boil. Once boiling, do not stir and allow to boil for 3 minutes. Immediately pour over the crackers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top. Allow to sit for 5-8 minutes, then spread the melted chocolate over the crackers. Sprinkle with the crushed candy canes, and allow to cool at room temperature. Place in the fridge until the chocolate has hardened.
Once the chocolate has hardened, cut into pieces and enjoy!
