Blueberry Muffin Mug Cake

Ingredients
- 5 ½ tablespoon all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoon milk
- 3 tablespoon avocado oil
- 10 blueberries
- sparkling sugar
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients except for the blueberries and sparkling sugar into a microwave safe mug until mixture is smooth.
- Carefully fold in the blueberries. Sprinkle top with sparkling sugar.
- Microwave for 1 ½ minutes and see if it’s done. If not, microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
