Ingredients

unsalted butter

brown sugar,
packed

milk

all-purpose flour

salt

baking soda

ground cinnamon

teaspoon
ground cloves
½
teaspoon
ground nutmeg

apple,
cored, peeled and chopped into cubes
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
In a large bowl, beat together the sugar and butter, until light and fluffy. Add eggs and milk and mix well.
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet, mixing until fully incorporated. Fold in the apples.
Drop the batter by tablespoonful on a lightly sprayed baking sheet.
Bake for around 12 minutes, or until the cookies are browned on the edges.
