Matcha Pancakes

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp matcha powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, matcha, baking powder and salt. Add in the milk and egg. Mix until smooth.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Scoop 1/3 cup of the batter for each pancake. Flip when the bubbles are covering the surface. Cook the other side until it is golden.
Top with yogurt and berries. Enjoy.
