- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2-3 Tbsp caramel sauce
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Heat the milk and water in a small saucepan. Add in the oats and chia seeds. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and top with caramel sauce and sea salt.
- To make this vegan, use a non-dairy milk. I really like it with oat milk.
