In a medium saucepan, melt the coconut oil on medium heat. Sprinkle with salt. Place 1 kernel in the middle of the pot and wait until it has popped.
Once the kernel has popped, remove the saucepan from heat and pour in the remaining kernels. Shake the saucepan for around 30 seconds and return to heat.
Continue to shake the saucepan while on the stove as the kernels start to pop. Only remove from heat once the kernels stop popping. Be careful not to let them burn!
In a small bowl, melt the butter. Drizzle melted butter on top of the popcorn.
Pout into a large bowl. Mix in pretzels, chocolate covered blueberries and chocolate covered cranberries.
