Preheat the oven to 350℉. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, matcha powder and salt.
Make a well in the centre of the flour mixture and add in the maple syrup, vanilla extract and oil. Mix the wet ingredients in until fully incorporated.
Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop the cookie dough onto the prepared cookie sheets. Bake in the preheated oven for 11 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on cookie sheets.
