Vegan Chocolate Maple Syrup Muffins
Simple Vegan Chocolate Maple Syrup Muffins that are easy to make, and healthier than your average muffin. Dense and chewy, and refined sugar free.

Ingredients

all-purpose flour

cup
cocoa powder

teaspoon
baking powder
¾
teaspoon
salt
1

pure maple syrup
¾
cup
milk
of choice
⅓
cup
olive oil

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Line muffin pan with paper liners.
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, with an electric mixer, mix together maple syrup, milk, oil and vanilla.
Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until fully incorporated.
Pour the batter into the lined muffin pans, and bake for around 12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
