Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Lightly spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, yogurt, oil and milk until fully combined. Slowly mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until fully incorporated.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
Allow to cool for around 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
I use avocado oil, but any neutral oil works with this recipe.
